One AI prompt is one question run across all 5 platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok) in a single batch. That one prompt generates 5 individual results — one per platform. Your prompt allowance is counted per prompt set, not per individual platform query.

A prompt with 50,000 monthly searches contributes more to your score than one with 200. This gives you a truer picture of your business impact — high-traffic prompts where you're invisible hurt more than low-traffic ones.

They're two separate tools. SEO audits crawl your website and run 12+ technical checks — Core Web Vitals, schema markup, meta tags, broken links, security headers, and more. AI visibility scans run prompts across AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok) and measure how often your brand is mentioned, where in the response, and how you compare to competitors.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — you can change your plan at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does keyword rank tracking work?
Surfaceable monitors your Google search positions for every keyword you're tracking. Positions are checked daily via DataForSEO, stored in your history, and displayed as trend charts so you can see whether your SEO work is moving the needle over time. Starter plans track up to 10 keywords; Growth tracks up to 100; Pro has no limit.
What is competitor intelligence?
